    Our 5-year-old AC developed a coil leak. Due to refrigerant changes, we needed a new system because no condensers were available for purchase. TJ explained every step of the process, and even texted with me over the weekend about stock availability and potential options. When he found out we had a newborn and no AC, he moved the replacement up to the next day. His crew came in and were polite and efficient. The total cost ended up being cheaper than the bigger companies like Horizon and WM Henderson, and the service was much better. If you have any HVAC-related issues, use Carl J Wendler.

    I have had two very positive experiences with Wendler Heating and Cooling. In February, a friend's heating system was failing. TJ from Wendler came out to review the situation. One of the main parts of the system was not working. We had the choice of replacing the part, with the understanding that the rest of the system might fail, or installing a new heater. TJ went through the pros and cons of both options and the costs. At no time were we pushed either way. We took a little time to make a decision and decided to replace the heater. The new heater was installed a few days later and has been working perfectly. The blower motor in my heating/AC system failed in July. TJ again came out to review the situation and confirmed what the problem was. He ordered a new motor and installed it within 2 days. My AC is back working perfectly. I highly recommend Wendler for your heating and cooling needs. They are professional, responsive, have very competitive pricing and keep you informed regarding ordering of parts and when the work will be done. In my opinion, they are an excellent HVAC company!

    If there was a star higher than five, I would give it! I was dreading the heater problem, as I have lost trust in most of these heating companies and was suffering with a poor running heater for a month! T.J. was just incredible! On time, clean, professional, and reasonable. Really a minor problem; he resolved it in under 15 minutes! He checked everything, did a few diagnostics, and it's running like a new heater! I was preparing myself for another huge estimate with phony problems! He explained everything, and it was a very minimal cost which I gladly paid.     TJ was very prompt, professional, patient, personable, thorough, and understanding! He scheduled to come between 8:00–10:00 and arrived at 8:25! I couldn't locate the correct key for my gate, but he was able to get all his equipment and ladder to my deck to access my A/C roof unit with such an agreeable attitude! TJ diagnosed the problem, showed me the damaged part, and replaced it. He also checked the other components of my system. He explained the reason why the component probably failed and ensured that the problem was resolved. Could not have asked for a better experience, and I was very comfortable paying for his services.
